The idea for Bixter Academy came from years of seeing the same problem: many employers in agriculture, horticulture, food production, and hospitality struggled to find workers who were truly ready for the job.
We met many talented people with strong potential, but they often lacked the hands-on knowledge, language skills, or cultural understanding needed to integrate quickly. That gap was costing employers time and money — and it was holding back workers who genuinely wanted to succeed.
