I met many talented people with strong potential, but they often lacked the hands-on experience and practical skills that employers expected. This mismatch created frustration for both sides. The main issue was clear — the gap between what people learned abroad and what European workplaces needed was too big.
I realized that the solution had to start before candidates arrived in Europe. They needed proper training that reflected real working conditions.
That’s why I teamed up with industry experts to build Bixter Academy — the first training platform designed to prepare candidates for real-life work. Each lesson is filmed in actual workplaces, so trainees can see what the job really looks like, understand safety rules, and learn what employers expect.
Our courses combine practical skills with industry knowledge, tailored to each sector — whether it’s agriculture, hospitality, or food production. This way, our trainees arrive confident, capable, and ready to work from day one.
