The Poultry Course is a practical online program that prepares trainees for real work on European poultry farms. It covers chicken breeds, housing systems, feeding, egg and meat production, daily checks, hygiene, biosecurity, and animal welfare in line with EU standards. Learners build the skills and confidence to handle birds safely, prevent disease, and cooperate effectively with farm supervisors and colleagues.
